RLIA/Tasktop Sync needs a Deamon or process for Linux servers

The standard install for RLIA/tasktop on windows includes an option for installing tasktop sync as a service. There needs to be a like option for the Linux install where tasktop sync can run as a daemon or process on the server.

    IBM Engineering Integration HUB (the next generation of IBM ELO- Integration adaptor Tasktop Edition 1.2.x) is now available for Windows and Linux, with a release date of Q1-2023 planned.
