Display Asset/Location on Task when different than Parent WO

When a user has a route based work order, the route will determine whether each asset/location is recorded in the MULTIASSETLOCCI table, child WOs, or task WOs. The app handles the child WO & MULTIASSETLOCCI scenarios well.

When a route is done at the task level it's unclear to the technician which asset or location the task needs to be performed when viewing it in the Mobile application. Maximo Mobile assumes each task has the same asset and location as the parent WO so it doesn't display the information. We should display the asset & location information on the tasks when different but not display it when it's the same.


Related to https://ibm-ai-apps.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/MOBILE1-I-115, being able to drill into the task would enable additional functionality such as reporting meter readings, adding attachments, etc.
