Adding Job plans to creation of a Work Order within Mobile

During a client Mobile POC session, it was brought up the request to be able to add a job plan to the work order when creating the WO within Mobile.

    Option #1 is easy, and we could add this as a configuration to a customer. Challenge is really how to isolate the job plans that will be downloaded as lookup data to the mobile device. Ideally the ones used in the assets/locations that we download to the device. I’ll promote this to two epics, so we can start with option #1 and expand to option #2 in future.

    Two clients this week have brought up the importance of selecting a Job plan when creating a Work order within Mobile.

    Enbridge and Atco both treating this as a high requirements
