Hello Team,

In Service Requests role based application, the logout option is present inside the user profile and not on the main menu/nine dots menu which results in multiple clicks for the user.
Could you please help us in changing the position of the Logout option to reduce the multiple clicks that the user needs to perform to logout?

Note- We are currently using Maximo Mobile 8.8 version with IFIX007.

    The logout option has been removed from the role based app in Mobile 8.10 onwards. We fixed it as a defect since when using role based app, who controls user session is Maximo/Manage, not the app itself.

    Thanks for your feedback. Can you provide additional details to help us determine if this is really an enhancement request or a bug? Are you accessing from web or from mobile? Are you using Mobile with Maximo 76 or MAS?
