Maximo Anywhere 7.6.4 does not have dropdowns

Anywhere does not have drop down control for transactional screens.

Our client requires drop downs rather than Look ups or combo boxs

Thanks for your input. While lookups provide ability to filter and simplify the load, dropdowns do not provide same capability. From a UI design perspective, Mobile offers the two options that are used when appropriate.

The thing when comparing a previous version is that you're looking backwards, not forwards. The UI design is different. Dropdowns are not available. Lookups provide the opportunity to add filters and sort keys, something not available in dropdowns.

I do agree to go from 2-clicks to 3-clicks is more steps, but not much. The reality is how often are they having to select fields that have the intended behaviour.

Whilst it would be nice to have it as a design option, it's too late now. Maximo Mobile will be taking over.

    I cannot vote for this.
