Implement Security Restrictions (EX: restriction to create follow up work orders)

Customers can implement these restrictions by adding sigoption="MXAPIWODETAIL.CREATEWO" for example. But these should be added out of the box to hide these actions when the user doesn't have proper security access. This extends to a few other actions like report downtime as well.

    Thank You. This feedback will be incorporated as part of plans for 8.8 release. Feel free to forward us the appropriate areas where do you think such sigoptions are required. Technician make sense, but are they also required on Inspections and SR ?
