When a server error occurs when downloading data into device, skip the current data set and proceed with the subsequent one

Presently upon logging in for the first time, Maximo Mobile downloads all the pertinent data for an assigned user

In the event of a server error occuring while downloading any aspect of this data, the app will fail to download the entire data for the session. For example, when an user navigates to My Schedule for the first time, Maximo Mobile will download their assigned work orders and all related data sets to enable them to work on that module any if any server error occurs in any of these data sets will prevent the entire work order set to be displayed

We have seen this behaviour when we had data integrity issues in attachments (DOCINFO) for one of the work orders

Can this be enhanced so only the faulty data set gets skipped and the app continues to download the remaining ones? That would prevent other work orders from displaying and allow the user to perform some of the work

Thanks Vinicius. Look forward to that, sounds like a good approach towards better performance

Thanks for your feedback. The idea is valid, although we'll take another approach on how data will be downloaded from the server. It will be a single request that will contain the entire data, instead of having the client submitting multiple requests to the server.
