Alternative User Sync Functionality - Create user based on response from IdP

Create user based on response from IdP. This would leverage the token that the IdP returns to Maximo. The token can contain attributes about the user, including name, email, title, location, LDAP ID and groups. The idea would be to check the groups returned for groups that are configured in Maximo. If a valid group exists, provision the user with permissions.

    Thank you again for you feedback. We have now added this idea to our product backlog and expect to deliver this feature in a future MAS release.
