To keep page control on top of application screen

If a maximo user has only readonly permission for any of the application then, whenever they open a record in that application the page will land on the first focusable/active element.

Which should land on header section in ideal case.

To resolve this we create a CEM and sigoption which will disable all the active elements/focusable element if any on the screen like some push button, so that page lands on top of screen only even if we have only read permission.

Hello Kunal. Thank you for your submission to IBM. I am looking for a bit more information.

In Manage, the current behavior closely matches your request (when navigating to an application with read-only access, the first element in the form is focused. On the list page, it's the first column filter. In details screens, it's the first tab. Focus state is visualized by a blue outline. Please see attachments).

This seems like the correct behavior, but are you expecting something different? Are you looking for similar behavior in a specific application or product?
