VET Improve autoscript related logging when creating automation scripts

Currently a significant number of autoscript developers log their entries to the autoscript logger. Using the autoscript logger risks generating large numbers of log entries if an unsuspecting administrator sets the log level to INFO/DEBUG while trying to debug one script.

this change would give the script developer the option to automatically create a logger when the script is created - this would encourage the use of dedicated loggers.

Modify the automation script application so that developers are given the choice to create a logger specifically for that script.

The logger would relate to the script and would be a child logger of the autoscript logger.

Put sample code into the script box. The sample code could be two lines of commented out code that would show how to reference the new logger
