Better error handling when deploying Manage and download of image repositories for selected Manage software

When Deploying Manage and one or more Industry solutions or Add-ons from time to time the network may have issues and the deployment fails. Now it does not always fail in the same Step and although the process will kick off again it has to complete the process before it starts where as it would be better if error handling was done within the step itself. We have experienced this numerous time on Azure and AWS networks.
