Batch configuration of users

Multiple users on-boarded at the same time

Being the Admin, on monthly basis I need to handle many users entering or exiting the MAS (due to newly hired, left the company, changes in job position).

The MAS user management must be able to support batch configuration of end users (entitlements and access rights)

The user mapping between MAS user management and the application should support more attributes, e.g. UserID, LoginID, PersonID to cater for different values.

Having this option will save me many hours, since I need to handle every single user manually as of now.

Moreover, doing a batch handling makes it possible for me to prepare the changes, do visual verification, perhaps have a peer-review before I activate. All in order to ensure correctness and high data quality.

Michael - If you are open to it, once our 9.0 release is available (end of this month), it would be great to sit down with you and review some of your bulk user management scenarios against our latest enhancements.

This capability is available in the latest versions of MAS using the CSV import mechanism: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/mas-cd/continuous-delivery?topic=access-import-user-template

Further capabilities around attribute mapping will be available in our upcoming 9.0 release

Definitely want to see the option to be able to provide a personID and userID as different values. Searching for users in Maximo to add to objects often needs to be a company type number where the login may match something within an LDAP system.
