Provide support for "using a public computer" mode during sign in

Some Organizations provide a shared or public work group workstations for multiple user roles sign in. Sometimes these users don't logout from Manage or MAS after being authenticated by the SAML process, and other user may piggyback on the previous users. Organization's policy won't allow implementing clearing the browser cache.

This is standard process for web applications processing sensitive data. MAS should support the option to set a "I'm using a public computer flag" when a user signs in.

Additionally MAS should support a dedicated "public computer" sign-in page where that flag is non-optional. This will ensure compliance without the need to rely on users to tick a checkbox even though a route into the system exists where the user does have control.

Finally, the option should exist to only allow users to access MAS via the "I'm using a public computer" page so that there is no way to get signed in without being in "public computer" mode.

Hi David, thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas.

Our team has evaluated your idea and while we have a range of user management and session management improvements coming in future releases, we don't expect to add a specific 'public computer mode' in the next 12-18months. We will leave this Idea here and review periodically for possible future consideration. You can encourage others to show support by voting on this idea and adding their own comments. Thank you again for your feedback.
