When client migrate from on-prem to MAS Manage the user sync from Manage to MAS and during the sync user entitlement is set in MAS based on which the app points are deducted. If client want to view / edit the user profile they have to do it one user at a time and did not have a option to download all the user profile ,correct them and re-load it. These is the major road block for all the client when they migrate to MAS.

Thanks for the Idea. We are looking at a variety of use cases around user management at scale and I've added this to that scope. I can't commit to a specific delivery timeline at present but this is a product area where we expect to make improvements in the future.
