Provision of different Unit plant statuses at title bar of Maximo

At the Maximo title bar level, if there is a provision for adding Units followed by status, (Ex: Hot stand by, Operating, cold shut down etc). This might be useful for other industries as well apart from Maximo Nuclear alone.

Ex: display in order - Unit 1 - status, Unit 2- status at title bar level.

So all the Maximo users will know what is the current status of plant units.

There should be provision to update the Unit status at title bar-example from Duty station application.

If the Unit1 status is changed from 'Operating' to 'Hot stand by' -- SS from Duty station will update the Unit1 status. It reflects at title bar, so that everyone will know the current status of Unit 1.


Benefits:

Information availability to all Maximo users, Know the status of the plant- Outage/stand by/ hold-cold shut down etc.

Ease of information access., enhances ways of working by knowing the current status of the unit.

    Further to this case, it would be good to consider- color coding of title bar based on current Unit where user is in.

    Ex: When in Unit 1-- have a color code for title bar, when in Unit 2-- have another color code for title bar. This helps to differentiate easily for O&M teams where they are working. There should be configurable option provided in base maximo.

    Also at application level, where we have locations- fetch the records based on header Unit.

    Locations -- based on Unit. When in Unit 1 at title bar -- in Locations application- display only Unit 1 records records.

    When in Unit 2 at title bar -- in Locations application- display only Unit 2 records records.

    This can be handled at all key applications where works are to be differentiated based on Unit (like Locations, workorders, PM, Job plan, Clearances, Lineups etc.)
