Allow Request Central Users access to Custom BOs so they can utilize TRIRIGA Reporting

Currently request central users cannot access the TRIRIGA Reporting perceptive application add-on. This is because Request Central users do not have access to Custom BOs. We are requesting that the scope of the Request Central licnese to be expanded to provide access to Custom BOs (specifically the ones used in TRIRIGA Reporting, these can be provided).


TRIRIGA Reporting uses custom BO’s to store meta data required for visualizations so the only way for all users to take advantage of graphs and reports is with access to Custom BOs.

    Some more information on this request - we are hoping the scope of the Request Central license be expanded to provide access to TRIRIGA Reporting Custom BOs so that all users accessing TRIRIGA are able to utilize TRIRIGA Reporting application. Currently, the Request Central license does not allow any access to anything Custom. If this isn't possible then perhaps some better terminology on how to communicate to clients why Request Central users are not able to view apps that use Custom BOs.
