Support OAuth2 (Microsoft Modern Authentication) for IncomingMailAgent

Microsoft is moving towards requiring OAuth2 (aka Modern Authentication) on POP3 and IMAP connections when using Microsoft 365 hosted Exchange instances. TRIRIGA's IncomingMailAgent does not support OAuth2, leaving organizations where OAuth2 use is required in a position that either a) TRIRIGA Offline Forms must be deprecated and replaced with a different solution, or b) a kludge of some sort must be built to enable TRIRIGA Offline Forms to continue functioning.

    I would expect IBM to have Microsoft 365 Integration in the Roadmap already for Incoming Mail Agent. Any one here have visibility on the roadmap or directions ?

    Microsoft is taking away the support for basic auth soon. Other customers like Oracle is developing the support for OAuth on priority. IBM should take this up soon.

    This enhancement will become critical for our organization in the next year as we migrate away from exchange to O365. Can we get any further hint as to when this will be available in a release. Thanks
