Add Cache Clear WITH Hierarchy Rebuild option to Nightly Cleanup process

From TS008804960, we have long wait times (3-5 minutes) for the Document Manager Hierarchy Tree lo load for the first user of the day. This is caused due to heavy usage of the Document Manager/Uploads via Associated Documents to Work Tasks (totaling >1MM+ documents over 700GB). From time to time, either due to impatience on the user end or multiple attempts, we encounter a death spiral of increasing Hogger/Stuck threads until TRIRIGA crashes and a system restart is needed. After the first user is able to load the tree, all users are able to load the tree immediately as the hierarchy is cached until the next time the Nightly Cleanup runs. Our only workaround was to add a custom WF task w/ entry "com.tririga.platform.admin.cache.web.CacheProcessingCustomTask$ClearCacheAndRebuildHierarchyTree" via a DAILY scheduled WF that runs during the cleanup. It runs just after the automatic Cache Clear without Hierarchy Rebuild that runs with the nightly cleanup. This should really be an option inclusive of the Nightly Cleanup for the Cache Clear to INCLUDE the Rebuild Hierarchy Tree, rather than an exclusive workaround via scheduled custom WF task.
