Improved Browser Session Handling for Concurrent Updates to the Same Record

Having more than one IE session for the same record does not seem to be a desirable in TRIRIGA.

If two people have the same record opened at the same time, the last one to save the record will win. Any changes done by the first person to save could be wiped out if the second person did not refresh his screen before editing and saving.

Conflict resolution on states transitions. For example if someone is revising while someone is terminating:

It is a similar situation. However, WF's may fire for both of the actions, but the record should end up in the second persons requested state.
