the ability to use Microsoft Graph APIs to process offline forms instead of IMAP.

Basic authentication methods such as IMAP are becoming obsolete and unsupported by Microsoft and other mail providers. However, Tririga still needs IMAP to read and process offline forms that are sent by email. Offline forms are essential for our contracting and other custom processes in Tririga. To maintain both business processes and security best practices, we need the ability to use Microsoft Graph APIs to process offline forms instead of IMAP.

    This Idea is being closed as delivered with TRIRIGA application platform release version 4.3. I also sent an email to April back on Dec 6th and have not heard back. A new Idea can be opened or you can respond to my email with any additional questions.

    Hi April,

    OAuth authentication for the TRIRIGA Incoming Mail Agent used in Offline Forms processing was delivered in TRIRIGA Application Platform version 4.3.

    Here is the release note announcing this change:

    Offline Forms - The IncomingMailAgent BO will now support OAuth2 Authentication. (Tri-72299-IJ31190)
