We first submitted this as a bug, and can see the link below for more details and can follow the thread, and was given guidance to submit this through the idea's page.
When we upgraded the platform to 4.5.1 we ran into this issue where the section headers on our forms would disappear after selecting new values in fields that triggered an ON Change workflow.
I've posted screenshots to follow the problem and how to recreate this, but the steps below will recreate the issue.
1. Navigate to Tasks > Manage Tasks > Work Task on the Nav Menu
2. Add a new Work Task from the query - Top Right
3. Scroll down to 'Details' section and Add a Task Type from the drop down
4. Scroll down to 'Planned' section and Change the date/time in field: Planned Start (Respond Date)
This will cause all the sections headers to disappear on the form (The Bold Text with the Expand/Collapse buttons)
This is a road block to upgrade to 4.5.1 as we use the new form CSS. Let me know if you need further information. Thanks!
