Report ID Missing from queries in 'My Reports' Tab

One of our clients, the University of Waikato have a business requirement to be able leverage off the Report ID field when building their own internal reports. At the moment this field is not visible while viewing reports any administration reports.

Is it possible for developers or system administrators to be able to make the Report ID field visible to users while viewing any administration, community or system reports? Or can this be readily available or hard-coded in future releases of TRIRIGA?
