Tririga Platform new feature for cleaning up no longer DM_Content (DM) version records on the database via Cleanup agent run

As per current design & scope, IBM Tririga Cleanup (PlatformMaintenanceScheduler) agent code cannot select / flag specific versions of document records in the DM_Content (DM) table.


With that, not necessary versions of the same document have been keeping in Tririga database with no use inflating Tririga tables, consuming server's resources and this may contribute for slow performance experience further.


We need IBM Tririga Product to have a new feature for flagging the no longer required DM version records in Tririga database (DM version retention policy or "keep up to N DM versions" policy, for instance) so that the Cleanup agent code can remove those records and associations without touching the main DM record and its versions required to stay in the database.
