Hello, thank you so much for doing the video, this makes communication much easier.
At around 1:16, when you click on the SIGN IN button, we actually don’t do that. If you scroll down on a little bit. There is a SIGN IN WITH PIV/CAC Card option for us. And when we click on that button, another popup comes up to enter a PIN number to authenticate. This 2nd Popup window is the one that gets ‘hidden’ in the back. Hope this makes sense, please let me know if you have other questions.
Hi Jimmy! Can you please tell us how your experience is different? This is us testing 14.0 GA and 14.1 using Okta. We understand that you can't send us a screen shot so it's been recreated in our lab. Please let us know which part of the video sequence are you seeing different behaviour in.
Hi @Guest Can you please confirm which version of CAD Integrator is being used? This may not be an issue that we can fix as it may be how the 3rd Party SSO operates (if you can confirm CI version that would help us). We also have a new Drawing Manager extension that will allow upload a CAD file direct via the browser coming in the next version without using CAD Integrator. Undecided if this will be back ported yet (ongoing discussions).
