TRIRIGA Reporting - Changes in Report during Runtime - When Exported to Excel - Do not appear

Platform Version: 5.0

When a User Run a standard TRIRIGA Report, the user has the option to make multiple changes to the report during the Run time.

- Add additional Filters criteria

- Sort the Report on a particular Column

- Move the Position of the Columns around etc.


However when the Report is downloaded, the report in excel reverts back to the Original Design of the Report but not the 'current' situation of the Report at the time of the download.

Expected Behavior: When a TRIRIGA report is modiefied during Run time (Filter, Sort, Repositioning of Columns etc), the download of the report in Excel should reflect EXACTLY the situation of the report at the time of the download.

    Thanks for the update Abishek! I have shared the existing functionality with client but they believe it doesn't meet their requirements fully as using the AG Grid menu, you can only download a maximum of 1000 records in a single go. They would like to see this functionality on the 'Export' option in full so that they can download the full report in a single go with the expected enhancement as above.

    Hi Gopi! Thank you for your feedback regarding changes in report data when exported.

    The requested features are currently available through the AG Grid menu that shows up when the report results are right-clicked. Exporting through that menu should respect the filters and the sort as requested.

    Marking the idea as "Already exists". Do let us know if you have other ideas or feature requests.
