After Reservation React app is updated we need a method to push changes out to the users devices

I understand that the Reservation React app is heavily built on caching. However; whenever we push enhancements they are not showing for end users until they clear cache. Is there a way to automate this so that each person doesn't have to clear their own individual cache to see the latest enhancements?
