Make colleague reservations in the Locate App visible for colleagues not assigned a space

When companies do not assign seats (users have no primary location), reservation data in the locate app is not available and other users cannot look up their colleagues reserved seat location, even if the colleague has active reservations. 

In the era of hybrid work and open office concepts, not all employees will have seat assignments, and not allowing visibility to those users' reservation data inhibits collaboration in the workplace. 

1. Create reservations using an employee without a space assignment

2. Open Locate and look up employee from step 1

3. Screen will display 'No Primary Location is defined for this person', but the error also hides the upcoming reservations panel.

    Hi Kimmie, thank you for taking the time to submit an idea. This feature is available OOTB in Application version 11.5+ and Platform version 4.5+.
