Read only access to workflow

Hello Everyone,

How to provided read only access to workflow development tools. We want to Hide the New, Revise, Retire and Delete options on the Builder Tool.

From testing some scenarios we found that removing the Application Builder licenses from the user profile has restricted users ability to add new workflow but user can Revise old workflows.

Please let us know if is there any way to hide New, Revise, Retire and Delete options on the Workflow Builder Tools.

    What the RFE requester is looking for here is a portion of what was asked for in RFE-126808 (https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewRfe&CR_ID=126808) that was not addressed or delivered.

    Auditors are calling for SOD (Segregation of Duties / Separation of Duties) . While they are okay with Developers having full development tool access in lower environments, they don't want this in PROD. At the same time, though, Developers need a way of troubleshooting in PROD environments.

    TRIRIGA Licenses seem to provide either full access to the developer tools or no access at all. Needed here is something in between: a way that Developers can have view-only access in PROD to the developer tools. RFE-126808 asked for an Admin Read-Only group in the Application itself that would allow an admin-type user to log in but have view-only access (for troubleshooting purposes) to the Developer tools (i.e. workflows, form builder, security). Thart is precisely what is needed here.
