Tririga Platform Installer failing to connect to Oracle Database during installation . Could you please help in this.

We are trying to connect to DB with TCPS Port.

    Hi Team,


    We tested the installation in one of the non-Prod environments by following the installtion guide shared by Janis. But, this did not work. Installation steps and properties files are attached.

    TRIRIGA 11.0/4.0 planned for release in December 2021 includes the feature to connect to Oracle Database using SSL..

    Hi Team,

    It will be great if you can let us know ETA for this. This will help in getting an exception from DB Security team. Else, they will disable TCP port permanently and we will not be able to upgrade the platform in future.

    Thank you for submitting your enhancement request. We think this is a good idea but we are not be able to deliver by Aug 2021, we have included in our backlog for future consideration.

    Hi Team,

    Please, let us know further updates on this task. As per the DB security team, we have got an extension for using TCP port till 17-Aug-2021. Please, let us know by when TCPS feature will be available for us.
