WST-211 - Rhapsody Code Gen: Descriptions missing for statically inherited artefacts

Static inheritance works well for the implementations. But the descriptions of all inherited elements are missing in code generation.

All it generated is an ignore comment, which I can understand as we do not expect roundtripping to work from specific into base class code.

But Descriptions are an important part of the model and the generated code, they need to be generated.

Please see attached model* and screenshot of a generated file comparison. The non overridden descriptions are all missing. We definitely need those descriptions to be generated, as we deliver the generated files and our customers need descriptions for the contents inside the header files.

The behavior in C and C++ is the same.

* Upload of the model zip always reported unknown problem, I cannot upload it currently.
