Handling of external units - changes in repository

Currently any changes to external units, such as move, delete, "store in separate directory" does not reflect the changes in repository files.

We request for change in this behaviour, where external units work as in the same way as normal units. This behaviour shall be controlled by a property.

Current scenario .
1. Move : Move a external unit, within Rhapsody, from one package to another. You will notice that the actual file is not moved in the repository to the new location.
2. Delete : Delete an external unit within Rhapsody. You will notice the sbsx file is not deleted from the repository.
3. Store as Separate Dir. : You will notice that this feature is turn off for the external units.

I agree that above behaviour is consistent. Because changing the file location would affect the other models where these external units are used.

But this behaviour shall be controlled via a property. May be "General : Model : External unit behaviour - As internal, As external"

When it is set to internal

1. On move : When the package is moved within Rhapsody, the sbsx file is also moved within repository.
2. Delete : On deleting the unit from Rhapsody, the sbsx file is removed from repository.
3. "Store as separate Dir." - This option shall be available for the external units as well.
