[Rhapsody] Explicitly Showing Tag values in a compartment are not refreshed when updated

"A Tag Value is explicitly selected to be represented in a compartment of a block but the tag value refers still to a stereotype. Then the representation is showing the default value from the stereotype of that block.
If now the tag value of the block has been updated, then the explicitly shown tag value shows still to the original tag value from the stereotype but not the local one. This is inconsistent and the graphical settings have to be repeated to be set. This can lead to a wrong understanding of tag values.
If the tag values are all shown (not explicitly) then it is working properly. Need to be repaired to have the same behavior for all shown tag values and explicitly shown tag values".

    This RFE will be considered under the larger project of the Rhapsody GUI and Diagram editors modernization program.
