Inherited functions must be in sync with the source

We are working with Interface which has some behaviour and this interface is realized by a class which implements those behaviour.

Actual behaviour:
When return type of an operation is modified in an interface, the modified operation is not shown in the override window for the realizing class.
The operation has to be updated manually in realizing classes.

Expected behaviour;
- If an interface is realized by a class, all the changes (to the signature) of the operations in the interfaces should be automatically promoted to realizing class(s).
- Be able to navigate between "definition" and "inherited functions" in the GUI
- API should allow to navigate in both directions (currently only ugly workarounds via name comparison are possible)
- Descriptions: Allow to "navigate / inherit the description of the higher level element - e.g. similar to the JavaDoc {@inheritDoc} mechanism or via a link in the description view

Currently the changes have to be done several times (at the interface and at all realizing classes).
