Enable in EWM for a repository workspace the automatic acceptance of any incoming change

In EWM Client it is useful for some users to have the possibility to enable the feature of accepting automatically of any incoming change for a repository workspace.
When starting to work on Rhapsody project, people are forgetting to accept the incoming changes, created by other users, and then this could lead to conflicts when trying to deliver the new change sets.
