Implement Explorer and Diagram filtering in RDM based on a query defined in the Rhapsody Model

Description

Rhapsody allows to filter the model (in Explorer and Diagrams) based on a user-defined query (Custom View feature).
The same feature shall be provided in RDM.
Use Case
General purpose filtering as in Rhapsody
Apply variant handling concept which was recommended to us by IBM
