Description is not correct. The correct description is as follow:

We cannot track history of OSLC links created in RMM Web

    Clarification :
Expectation: Track all changes done to Rhapsody Model including OSLC links using ChangeSet
Scenario 1: When user create OSLC links from Rhapsody Client to DNG Requirement the changes are recorded as part of changeset and can be delivered to stream
Scenario 2: When user create OSLC links from RMM Web to DNG Requirement the changes are not recorded as part of any changeset as we cannot create changeset in RMM Web
    Problem:
There is a inconsistency between Rhapsody Client and RMM Web version of link creation
OSLC links created in web are not part of any changeset so we cannot propagate such changes to other derived streams

    Expected Solution:
Provide ChangeSet Feature in RMM Web to track all changes in web
