Convert RMM Enabled Model to Local Version

Updated Description after discussion with IBM.IBM has Accpeted to consider this as RFE

Business Use Case:
Re-Use of the existing RMM model without any history, links to remote artifacts in another project (With or Without RMM)

Expected Solution:
Provide a Plugin to prepare a local version of RMM Enabled Model which performs below steps
1.Removes the RMM Profiles
2.Deletes the Remote Artifacts Objects from diagrams ,model etc
3.Deletes the OSLC links to the remote artifacts
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Currently When we disable RMM in a rhapsody model(RMM enabled) then we need to do some additional manual steps(removing some profiles etc ) to make a local version of rhapsody model.
IBM Should provide a standard way for converting RMM Enabled Rhapsody Model to a Local Version
same way like it does to convert from Local Version to RMM Enabled version

Without this feature currently its very difficult to use the same rhapsody model from one server to other server.
