Enhance the Tririga Adjust Payment Feature

Tririga now includes a feature that allows users to "Adjust" payment line item values. The current functionality is useful but it lacks two key functions:
- changes do not go through an approval process, such as a lease activation.
- changes are not reflected in the corresponding payment schedule records.

In order for the Adjust feature to be implemented at AIG (and possibly other companies), all adjustments would need to be displayed in payment line items.
