Catch up - Not following US GAAP per input from our Technical Accounting Team.

If a catch up for Rent is to be applied, the catch up amount should impact current open period - versus being spread out over the remaining lease term. Refer to example provided Catch up issue example_Rent.xls for details.

Rent / TI and IDC behavior must also be consistent. (e.g. IDC - no ability to account for Catch up after a lease is activated).

    This request will not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the topic is included in our backlog. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.

    Thank you for submitting your enhancement request. Although we don't have immediate plans to adopt this into TRIRIGA, we think this is a good idea and will consider including this in a future release.
