Mass Index Adjustment for multiple leases cannot be performed

In Tririga application version 10.7.0, platform version 3.7.0, there is no functionality to support mass index adjustment in the Tririga system. If multiple leases were created with index adjustment clauses, then user will have to manually perform index adjustment on each individual lease. For market where on average 100 to 300 leases will need index adjustment on a monthly basis, this manual process has been a big hurdle to complete all the transactions in time.
A feature that will allow user to update index and recalculate accounting schedule with bulk updates (in some cases, the index may differ by lease depending on what index is used for certain leases, for example, CPI, CMT, COFI, or LIBOR).
