Correcting the Wrong Transactions in Lease Receipts Receivables

In Account Receivables- (For TRIRIGA Sublease Payments - Receivables) If an overpayment was processed in error, and there actually was no overpayment, but the credit now shows up on the sublease account under Credit Balance. can we have a feature to revert this already issued error transaction (with Wrong Payments/caused Wrong Credit Balance) in TRIRIGA? Thank you.

    The development team is working on a workaround. We do not believe that the creation of an EPIC is appropriate way to address this type of transaction processing error. Will set up a call to rview the team's proposal.

    We have held the discovery call and are reviewing the cases that have been opened by the customer team at our request. I have attached an email fom Jell Valender in the Idea.

    We have changed the status of this idea to "Needs more information". Following internal discussions with the development team we would like to schedule a discovery call to ascertain the best and most expeditious way to resolve this issue in TRIRIGA.
