Notification email is not using 'mail account' info for the FROM field

The "mail account" database property is used in one place. i.e. When you get email notifications for discussions.

This field is not used in password reset emails, authentication failure emails, or CPS emails. All 3 of these emails have different formats for the FROM field.

1) PW reset and discussion emails show that they come from DOORS.MAIL.SERVER
2) CPS emails show that they come from "Change Proposal System for 'A Project' "
3) DOORS authentication failure emails come from DOORS.MAIL.SERVER

The "mail account" field in the database property should be used for all notification emails or an option should be given to choose.

Currently, some of these notifications are going into the Spam\Junk folder due to the default email address that is in the 'FROM' field.

    This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.
