Manage Migration should be able to be handled by DOORS project administrators

As the current Manage Migration feature from DOORS Classic can only be used by DOORS users with Manage Database access rights and as we have more than 500 projects possibly to be migrated, this function/processing must be delegated to users with administration access rights to projects.
Otherwise the huge number of migrations can not be handled efficiently by the DOORS Database administrators.

    It should (must) be the intention of administrative tools to help the administrator do a good and effective job. But if the administrator is the single point of work (in this case) and many colleagues are waiting for the processing of that (administrative) tasks, it is not effective.

    I think a lot of admin-users of DOORS have a huge knowledge and experience and know what they are doing and know what they are needing (to work with) and would like to do their work efficiently, which is not the case in this case.

    So I highly appreciate to make DOORS Classic more efficient by providing authorized users (not only admins) more functionality to do tasks, which should be done by that users.

    As part of the review process, we strive to be transparent about our intentions with each enhancement suggestion. The IBM Engineering team has carefully reviewed this idea, and based on our understanding, it does not fit our near-term plans. Although we are closing this request, it will be kept in IBM's ideas repository.  We value your feedback and thank you for allowing us to partner with you in developing our products.

    This request may not be delivered within the release currently under development, but the theme is aligned with the current multi-year strategy. IBM may consider and evaluate any RFE Community feedback for this request through activities such as voting. IBM will update this request in the future.
