[Execution] In Progress management

The operations that have the "In progress" status, are always scheduled at the beginning of the next shift. However, two improvements are proposed: 1-Using the remaining duration and rescheduling the operation equal to the duration of a predefined timeframe (e.g. next shift). Nevertheless, using this logic might cause problems in the graphical view and with the follow-up of the original operation duration. 2- Automatically splitting "In progress" operations based on the remaining duration. Action to be done automatically by HSOC or the Optimizer.
