Consider lunch time and shift break in the calculation of available hours.

The Resource Hours-based subtab shows available time but doesn't consider the non-work hours setup in the Calendar application (lunch time/ shift breaks). That would be interesting if planners could work with the real available time per resource indicated in this subtab.

    Attachment (Use case): Scheduler application uses the Calendar full shift hours, this causes the optimization module to manage the resources ineffectively. If Scheduler could use the Calendar in the same way as Graphical Assignment, this would provide resource alignment between the two applications. When creating the assigned work from Scheduler the work times for the resources would be the same by using the same Calendar setup configuration.
