Ensure tool availability GA

In GS we have resource leveling and all work orders are timely arranged so that no resouces (craft, crew, tools) are overbooked.
IN GA the work order are arraged to optimize travel time and optimal assignments. However only for labor and tools are not concidered. This leads to overbooking of tools and work orders cannot be executed because tools are not available.
A possible solution would be that the beside labor also the tools are assigned. Tools must have a filter in the work list like labor.
I would suggest to show tools similar like labor is GA. So in work view, below each work orders we see the assignment for labor as well es for tools.
Because more than one work list can use the same tools/labor they could get double booked anyway. The tools are stocked so they could be separated by storeroom.
