Add tile/simple view to Assignment View in 7.6.4 Graphical Assignment

In the previous version of Scheduler the user had the option to display the assignments in tile layout or simple layout. In the tile layout all the assignments were listed on below the other which takes up a lot of screen real estate. In simple view you could stack the assignments on top of each other to save space. The new assignment view only has tile layout and we would like to option to display in tile or simple layout.
