Configurable display of non-working time in Graphical Scheduler

Could a configurable property be added to control the display of shading in the Graphical Gantt view for Scheduler. In some cases the zoom factor on a schedule causes the shading of the non-working time to overwhelm the colorization of the task bar and the display of the label on the bar. The shading becomes too "dense" and thus all the bars look very dark - the labels cannot be seen nor can the priority-based color of the bar.

One suggestion is to have a configurable property that turns the shading off altogether. Another suggestion is to have the shading automatically turn off at a particular zoom level - possibly based on the range of days being displayed in the graphical Gantt view. A third option is to have a configurable property indicating when the shading should turn off for a specified date range being displayed (zoom level). The property could be the date range for shading to be turned off (e.g. turn off shading when the range being displayed is 12 months or greater) - the range could also be specified in weeks or days.
