Add possibility to filter Work Orders that are loaded to Graphical Assignment application

Hi, @Jakub Thanks for the detail and information, in order to confirm we will be able to archive our needs, I would like to confirm that the Top Level records condition at the Graphical Assignment is similar to what we already have for Graphical Scheduling application could work to you. Once we try multiple ways to load just selected Work Orders at the Graphical Assignment, but due to the hierarchy it always fails once the Dates will not sync. That will be really synced with that statement here for what we review internal: "for this reason, we have created a hierarchy of work orders, where the parent work order represents the work to be scheduled in the Gantt, has an assignment created and is assigned to the mobile worker". For better understanding, let me share some business insights:

- in order for the field worker to know what equipment to inspect, the equipment must be marked on the map in Maximo Anywhere application

- Maximo Anywhere allows to show a marker on the map only for work order object (not tasks)

- for this reason, we have created a hierarchy of work orders, where the parent work order represents the work to be scheduled in the gantt, has an assignment created and is assigned to the mobile worker

- this work order has child work orders that represent work on a single equipment in the field (work for e.g. 5 minutes) that does not need to be scheduled, but is used to display a marker on a map in Maximo Anywhere only

- one parent work order can have for example 200 children and represents work for few days of preventive work

Loading this huge amount of child work orders to Graphical Assignment application can cause performance issue and slows system. It also causes time pool requirements duplication (the same time requirement represented with one child WO is already included in parent WO). Finally, Gantt with more than 3000 WOs is very hard to work with.
