Handling of on-call or stand-by resources in Graphical Resource View

When modifying the availability of resources, it is today only possible to add reason codes of type Work and Non-Work which then increase or decrease the available work hours.

Many organizations have resources as on-call or stand-by for certain time of the week and it should be possible to record this as a modified availability in the application without increasing the available work hours per day.

The on-call period should not be treated as an available work period but should be indicated in the scheduler applications. If the resource is called in to work, the modified availability reason code should be changed to extra time and assigning of work can proceed as normal.

Request to add a new reason code type having this behavior in the scheduler applications.
